Ingredients

  • Turkey breasts (1 lb., sliced)
  • Water (1 cup, water)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Chili powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Dried oregano (2 teaspoons)
  • Ground cumin (1 tablespoon)
  • Tomato sauce (3/4 cup)
  • Avocado (1)
  • Lime (1/2 juiced)
  • Black olives (1 can cut)
  • Salad greens (1 bunch)
  • Bell pepper- red (1, seeds removed and diced)
  • Salsa (1 cup)

Method

  1. Use a large skillet to cook turkey until browned.
  2. Combine all seasonings in a bowl and add water; whisk mixture together.
  3. Pour mixture onto turkey and cook for about 15 minutes until liquid has reduced.
  4. Blend tomato juice, avocado, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Place salad greens in a container and top with black olives, red pepper, salsa, turkey, and dressing. Serve and enjoy!
