These tacos are so delicious that you will almost forget there’s no meat.

Ingredients
- Tofu (1lb., extra firm, cut into cubes)
- Salt (1 tsp.)
- Black Pepper (1/2 tsp.)
- Olive Oil (1 tbsp.)
- Pineapple (2 cups, chopped)
- Purple Cabbage (1 cup, shaved)
- Chilli Pepper (1/2, red, sliced)
- Taco Shells (8, 6 in shells)
- Cilantro (2 tbsp., chopped)
Method
- Generously season tofu with your salt and pepper. Set a large skillet over high heat and cook tofu pieces for about 2 minutes per side.
- Using the same skillet toss your pineapple and chili slices until pine becomes tender (should take about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Once tender, begin assembly by layering cabbage, tofu, and pineapple in your taco shells. Top with cilantro.
- Serve and Enjoy!
