Sandy Potatoes
Delicious potatoes, wrapped in a sandy crust. This recipe is so delicious, and so easy to make, it’s a shame not to cook it more often. See how easy it is to make sandy potatoes at home.

Ingredients
- 35 oz. potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 oz. stale bread
- 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. dry rosemary
- 2-3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Peel the raw potatoes and then slice them. Set them aside in a bowl filled with water.
- Next, chop the rosemary and then the stale bread. Eliminate the bread crust as well.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded stale bread with the breadcrumbs, rosemary, chopped garlic clove and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drain the potatoes well and then coat them with the mixture and drizzle them with olive oil.
- Coat a heat resistant tray with baking paper and transfer the potatoes in it.
- Bake at 350F for about 40 - 45 minutes, until done.
