Ingredients

  • 35 oz. potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 oz. stale bread
  • 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. dry rosemary
  • 2-3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Method

  1. Peel the raw potatoes and then slice them. Set them aside in a bowl filled with water.
  2. Next, chop the rosemary and then the stale bread. Eliminate the bread crust as well.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded stale bread with the breadcrumbs, rosemary, chopped garlic clove and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the potatoes well and then coat them with the mixture and drizzle them with olive oil.
  5. Coat a heat resistant tray with baking paper and transfer the potatoes in it.
  6. Bake at 350F for about 40 - 45 minutes, until done.
