This taco adds a kick of spice and creaminess to your breakfast.

Ingredients
- Eggs (4, large)
- Salt (1/2 tsp.)
- Black Pepper (1/4 tsp.)
- Olive Oil (1 tbsp.)
- Tortillas (4, warmed)
- Tomato (1 medium, thinly sliced)
- Chorizo (6 oz., chopped)
- Cilantro Leaves (1/4 cup)
Method
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat set your olive oil to heat up, proceed to fry your eggs adding salt and pepper for seasoning. Add your chorizo to the skillet and allow to cook to desired crispness.
- Begin assembly by layering chorizo, eggs, and tomato. Top with cilantro leaves.
- Serve and Enjoy.
